Zero-knowledge encryption
Files are encrypted client-side with AES-256 and a per-client RSA-4096 key pair. The key never leaves your premises, so we cannot read your files.
Immutable and retention-ready
Records are stored under S3 Object Lock (WORM) with retention rules — for example by a person's date of birth — and a full audit trail.

Rules that follow the document, not the folder
Set how long records must be kept by category or document type, counting from a metadata date the AI extracted — such as a document date or a person's date of birth — with conditional overrides for special cases. More specific rules take precedence, and every retention decision is recorded in the audit trail.

Can you read our files?
No. Files are encrypted with AES-256 on your side before they leave your premises, and the key never leaves you. We store encrypted data, so we cannot read your files.
Can it handle scanned or handwritten documents?
Yes. Intelligent Search & Sort — included in every plan — reads documents with OCR, including handwriting, and extracts structured metadata, so scanned records become fully searchable.
How does retention work?
You set retention rules (for example, based on a person's date of birth), with immutable storage and a full audit trail, so records are kept for exactly as long as they need to be.
