How is Cendro priced?
A flat monthly rate by capacity, not per user. Pick the storage you need and every plan includes the full platform. Archive starts at A$100/mo; Cloud at A$225/mo.
Can I be invoiced instead of paying by card?
Yes. For invoicing, custom capacity or enterprise terms, choose "Talk to sales" and our team will set you up.
What if I outgrow my plan?
Move up a tier at any time. On Archive, retrieval is included up to 10% of stored capacity per month (extra egress is A$0.11/GB). On Cloud, add one-off on-demand page packs when a digitisation job exceeds your monthly inclusion.
Do you offer a free trial?
We do not run a free trial, but we are happy to give you a guided demo on our environment (not your data) so you can see exactly how Cendro works before you commit.
Is our data secure?
Yes. Files are encrypted with AES-256, stored immutably under S3 Object Lock with a full audit trail, and Cendro is a product of TIMG, which holds ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification.
